IMPORTANT: Logos and designs need to be submitted by April 5, 2023 at 5:00pm and in the appropriate file format for them to be included in the on-site recognition materials. Logos not submitted by April 5, 2023 at 5:00pm will be included in post-event recognition announcements. Names and contact information for reserved tickets must also be submitted by April 5, 2023 at 5:00pm to secure spot at the reception. FILE FORMAT: Logos and designs need to be submitted as JPEG, TIFF or PNG at least 4” wide and at 300ppi in resolution (high resolution).
