2025 PLSI First Living Allowance Receipt

I hereby acknowledge receipt of $___________________, AILC Check No. __________________ as my first living allowance payment as a participant in the 2025 Pre-Law Summer Institute.  By my signature below, I certify my enrollment in the Institute, and agree to repay any amounts awarded to me by the American Indian Law Center's Pre-Law Summer Institute or by my tribe or other organization and disbursed by the AILC on a pro rata basis from the date of my withdrawal or dis-enrollment for cause.  I agree to pay any amount owed within 30 days of my voluntary departure or dis-enrollment for cause.  I understand that the AILC will take action to collect any amount owed.  

If I receive a living allowance or similar award from my tribe or another organization or institution, I will disclose that award to the AILC for any adjustments to my living allowance eligibility.   I might have to repay amounts to the AILC after the adjustments.  If I receive the award directly from the grantor, I agree to repay this amount to the American Indian Law Center, Inc.
